How can I control my cards in the Mobile App?

You can change your card PIN, temporarily block your card, and stop a card and report it as lost or stolen using the Mobile App.

Change PIN

To change your PIN via the Mobile App you will need to know your existing PIN. If you’re unsure of your PIN, log in to Internet Banking to change your PIN.

Step 1: Log in to the Mobile App.

Step 2: Select ‘Cards’ menu at the bottom of the screen.

Step 3: Select ‘Change PIN’.

Step 4: Enter your existing (old) PIN.

Step 5: Enter a new 4-digit PIN number and confirm.

Step 6: Select ‘Update’.

Temporarily block your card

If you’ve misplaced your card but don’t want to cancel it, block it temporarily using the Mobile App.

Step 1: Log in to the Mobile App using your app 4-digit passcode.

Step 2: Select ‘Cards’ menu at the bottom of the screen.

Step 3: Select ‘Block card’ from the list of options.

Step 4: Slide the toggle to the right. Once select ‘Update’, no transactions will be able to be made on that card.

If you find your misplaced card, unblock it in the Mobile App by following the same steps.

Stop a card and report it as lost or stolen

Step 1: Log in to the Mobile App using your app 4-digit passcode.

Step 2: Select ‘Cards’ menu at the bottom of the screen.

Step 3: Select ‘Report lost or stolen card’.

Step 4: Select the appropriate option for your situation.

Step 5: Confirm to have card cancelled by selecting ‘OK’.

Note: a new card will be ordered for you. Refer to Fees and charges relating to replacement costs.
