Our terms and conditions are changing
We’re making some changes to our terms and conditions effective from 31 October 2024.
These updates will apply to our consumer lending products, which includes home loans, personal loans and credit cards; plus deposit products.
What’s changing
- Phone Banking services will end 30 November 2024;
- Implement protective measures by third parties (Security Tool) to improve the likelihood of the account name matching the account;
- Introducing a new savings product called the Essential Saver account;
- Online Savings and New Teacher Online Savings account will be closed to new business;
- Providing more access facilities on Pension Advantage account;
- Updating the interest and interest free period on credit card fees and charges;
- Removal of card replacement and default notice fee;
- Correction of the clause in the Home Loan, Personal Loan and Guarantor Offer and Loan Contract.
