We encourage you to vote as this is your opportunity to have your say regarding these important positions. There are four nominations for the two Director positions. Election of Members Committee In accordance with the company’s Constitution, an election of the Members Committee will not be held by ballot as nominations received were equal to or less than the number of positions to be filled. The following standing candidates will be declared to be duly appointed as member elected members of the Committee by the company secretary at the AGM: Stephen Bonnor, David Croucher, Phil Blight and Kay Smith. To vote Simply complete the Ballot Paper mailed to you, place in the secret ballot envelope and return in the reply paid envelope provided by 5pm Friday, 26th October 2018.
