As Acting Chief Marketing Officer for Teachers Mutual Bank Limited, Nichole is responsible for defining the organisation’s marketing strategy and go to market execution, driving new-to-bank lead generation, member growth and engaging experiences across our portfolio of brands. Additionally, she is responsible for research and insights, as well the organisation’s product strategy, roadmap, and management of the full suite of banking products.
